The idea of creating a blog to express my sincere love for food has been brimming in my mind for quite some time now. Yet it engulfed me enough to make me sit down and do it just after I watched the movie Julie & Julia… and here I am creating this blog where you will find anything related to culinary feelings and experiences!
My love story began around 14 years ago when my preferred aunt (who always told me, insistently, that she will never get married! yeah she did just the same!) came whispering in my ear that she intends to get married. With this announcement our house transformed itself into a sewing center… Mum and Grandma started sewing the bridal dress and there it was… waiting for me to be discovered… the art of cooking. Since Mum was too busy with the thread and needle the responsibility to prepare meals was inherited by me. Since that day I have never stopped leafing through cookery books and finding new and interesting recipes to try. So yes I have discovered this keen passion for food which pleases me in a way few other things do… and what is food else one of the finest passions in life!?!
Great dear niece, what a lovely page. I will be a frequent visitor to your blog. I am more than sure that we, Cel and I, will learn loads from your culinary page. It so seems that Celine is your first and foremost fan, she s been keeping your blog open at all times. I sure hope she will follow in your footsteps and become a mature and intelligent lady, just like you.
