Baccala fritto / Deep fried salted cod fillets served with fresh lemon wedges
Zuppa di baccala, lenticchie e broccoli / Soup of salted cod with lentils and broccoli
Ravioli di ricotta con vongole, zucchine e gamberi / Fresh home-made ravioli filled with ricotta then served with cherry tomatoes, courgettes, clams and king prawns
Oven-baked turbot seasoned with rock salt and fennel seeds served with roasted potatoes and roasted fennel bulbs
Cheescake al ciliegio caramelizzato / Cheesecake prepared with cream cheese and digestive biscuits topped with fresh caramelized cherries
