Thanks to the fine weather of this weekend on Sunday we enjoyed a BBQ at our dear friends in the company of sweet little Carla who is now 1 year old! We had a delicious menu consisting of the following starters:
Parmesan and herb crackers
Filo tartlets with mozzarella topped with home made parsley pesto
Cornish pasties
Following we had barbecued Maltese sausages, cotechino and chicken kebabs. As for main course we had a mouthwatering Argentinian rib-eye served with roasted potatoes and fresh green salad. And for dessert… ice-cream followed with fresh strawberries half-coated with dark chocolate… need say more? Picture speaks for itself
