Degustation: RISO e RISOTTI by Gabriele Ferron
Eatmania presents the 2012 edition of the Riso and Risotti by chef Gabriele Ferron. Two evenings celebrating the world’s most important cereal grain – rice. The events will present risotto dishes and more, specially curated by Gabriele Ferron, the world ambassador of Italian rice together with chefs Karl Enriquez from Spezzo and James Schiavone from Tartarun. The two evenings will be held on:
