Eatmania presents the 2012 edition of the RISO e RISOTTI by chef Gabriele Ferron. Two evenings, being held at Tartarun, Marsaxlokk, celebrating the world’s most important cereal grain – rice. The events will present risotto dishes and more, specially curated by Gabriele Ferron, the world ambassador of Italian rice together with Eatmania and chef James Schiavone from Tartarun.
